Basic Chastity Agreement
1) General
This agreement is by and between ________________________, the wife, and _______________________, her husband. This agreement establishes the wife’s authority, without boundary, as final and requires the husband’s full acknowledgment of such. The husband hereby pledges to restrain from masturbation of any kind and at any time. In addition, the husband agrees to the use of a chastity device as directed by the wife.
2) Wife’s Responsibilities
The wife’s responsibilities are to maintain an environment for a loving and responsible relationship by her husband. Also, her role is to supervise the matters of the home and her husband. In doing so, her duties will be to manage him for the benefit of the household and ensure proper decisions are made or delegated to him. She is to motivate and discipline her husband in a way that will ensure the best possible care for her and the family. In doing so, it will be necessary to understand and prioritize tasks, motivate him with sexual enticements, rewards, or punishments, and also to evaluate tasks performed. Her instructions are to be clear. The general expectation should be exceeding expectation without "pretty pleases" and "thank yous". Rewards for great behavior are given after a consistent week. However, poor behavior should be dealt with quickly by giving warnings resulting in chastity or financial penalties.
3) Husband’s Responsibilities
The husband’s responsibility is to serve and love his wife with the best possible care and support. This includes first and foremost financial support for her wellbeing and enjoyment, the maintainence of the home for her comfort and use, support for the family, and also love, affection, and unselfish sexual pleasures for her. In a sign of commitment and trust, the husband is expected to turn over ownership and rights to all financial or property goods. In doing so, his portion of ownership is then secured by his wife's relationship and ensures his continual support of her.
The husband's attention should be placed upon her and he will be responsible for her demands and requirements. To enhance the husband's attention span and ensure his focus is upon her care, the husband will be required to restrain from any type of masturbation and to the wearing of a chastity device per her direction. The husband may fully expect that when his wife has been pleased over time, then she will reward his love and attention with sexual release or financial reward as she sees fit. Should the husband repeatedly fail or underperform these goals, then chastity wear will become continuous and he may suffer financial burden.
4) Chastity Wear
a) On Weekdays
Chastity wear for the husband is required daily for 12 hours per day. Should the wife give a warning due to lack of response, or undesired behavior from the husband, then the wearing time is extended for the day to 24 hours. If an additional warning is required, then the husband must forfeit $_________ and one week of possible orgasm. Any additional warnings will result in corrections as she determines.
b) For Weekends
After chastity wear expires on Friday, the husband may submit $_________ to his wife to request release for the weekend. If she accepts, then the husband is free from chastity wear, until Monday.
However, the husband is still subject to penalties in the same way as weekdays. If the husband does not submit an offer, then his chastity wear will extend through the weekend as normal during the weekdays.
5) Sex
Sex is for the enjoyment and benefit of the wife. The husband’s main reward is the satisfaction of seeing his wife pleased. However, as a reward of outstanding behavior, the wife may wish to grant the husband an orgasm on weekends. The method allowed is up to the wife and should always be in the most respectful way for her.
a) On Weekdays
Sex during the weekdays is always for the benefit of the wife only. The husband is to please her in any way she wishes, but he is not allowed to orgasm. This may include hand massages, oral massages, vibrators, or the husband’s tool if she wishes. However, in the event the husband selfishly or accidentally orgasms, then he is to cleanse her orally, submit to an additional 12 hours chastity wear, and submit a penalty of $_________. The husband's opportunity for sexual release should be enticed during the week, but now allowed until after he exceeds the week's expectations.
b) For Weekends
Sex during the weekend is also for the benefit and enjoyment of the wife. If the husband’s performance during the week exceeds expectation then the wife may wish to grant him an orgasm of her method, provided he submits a weekend offer and is not penalized. After a week of enticements and sex for her, the wife should expect great performance and his offer quickly on the weekend.

Chastity Contract between Wife and Husband,
THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BY WHICH THE WIFE, ASSUMES FULL OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL IN THE CHASTITY OF THE OF THE HUSBAND, WHEREAS THE WIFE IS THE CHASTITY KEYHOLDER AND THE HUSBAND IS THE CHASTITY DEVICE WEARER, THIS CONTRACT IS BINDING, AND REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR ____________________________.
I. TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Wife will have total 24/7 control of the husband and chastity device, in every aspect and as follows
A. The Husband submits ownership of his genitals to the Wife as her property. Wife takes complete control of the Husband’s genitals. The Husband is not allowed to touch or fondle Wife's newly acquired property without her consent, however, Wife has free reign to do whatever she desires with her property.
B. Wife will ultimately decide when/if permission to orgasm will be granted based on variables such as infractions of these terms, the convenience of the orgasm to be granted, or Wife’s general overall mood to grant permission.
C. The Husband submits to the use and wearing of a locking chastity device to ensure that Wife’s newly acquired property is kept secure and denies access to the Husband’s ability to break the terms of this chastity. Wife will keep all keys. The Husband is not authorized to touch any of the Wife’s keys. The Husband will only be allowed to open the chastity belt in the case of an extreme emergency. Wife will review the emergency and decide whether the emergency was excusable. An inexcusable emergency will be met with punishment.
D. When Wife decides the chastity device may be taken off for hygiene and maintenance purposes. Wife will decide if she will be the one who performs the cleaning of her property, or if she will trust the Husband with the task.
E. The chastity device may be taken off, at any time the Wife wishes, and for any reason the Wife wishes.
F. The Husband does not have authority to remove the chastity device from the Wife’s property for any reason. The Husband may however, submit a request for removal of the chastity device explaining the reason or reasons for removal, but ultimately the Wife will decide on the approval of the request.
G. The Husband will take responsibility for the performance of all household chores. This includes, but is not limited to, washing the dishes, cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the bathrooms, vacuuming the floors, trash removal, ironing, and general cleanup of all rooms within the house. Wife may request that these chores be done at any time she sees fit.
H. Wife may also add any household duties as she wishes. Wife may ask for any additional personal assistance from the Husband such as helping her get dressed, shaving her legs, helping with hair, etc., at any time she sees fit. The Husband has no right to deny Wife of any personal assistance.
I. The Husband must request permission from the Wife to engage in any kind of hobby or personal activity not mentioned above. Wife has the right to deny these request’s at any time.
J. Wife has the right to ask or demand any reasonable favour from the Husband without any form of defiance. The Husband has the right to explain any disagreement of the favor, but Wife ultimately has the final word in the ruling of the appeal.
K. Wife can do anything sexual or not as she thinks fit.
L. Wife has the authority to amend any of the terms listed above, at any time, and without the Husband’s agreement.
II. PUNISHMENTS AND CONSEQUENCES
Wife can administer punishment whenever or wherever, at any time without any reason what so ever.
A. If the Husbands touches or fondles his Wife’s acquired property without her permission, an additional four weeks will be added to the chastity period.
B. If the Husband has an unauthorized orgasm any time during the chastity period:
1. He must lick up his mess.
2. He must submit to a punishment of what ever Wife decides.
3. In addition, the chastity period will increase by eight weeks over on the original day or release date.
C. If the Husband has any uncontrollable form of orgasm during the chastity period (i.e., wet dreams, etc.); the Husband will report the incident to Wife, who has the right to apply the original punishment for unauthorized orgasm, or she can waive any kind of punishment. The Husband has no rights to appeal in Wife’s final decision.
D. Any unauthorized removal of the chastity device from the Wife’s property, tampering with the chastity device, stealing of the Wife’s keys, without the Wife’s approval of the incident will be met with the following punishment:
1. Automatic forfeiture of orgasm for 42 days (six weeks) from the time that the infraction occurred.
2. Punishment from Wife with the use of a paddle.
3. Hard smacks to the testicles, Wife to decide how many
4. Wife will notify the Husband if she wants to continue in his orgasm denial program.
E. If the Husband fails to do any of the household duties, he will receive:
1. 7 days (one week) added on to the current chastity period for each infraction.
2. Punishment from a paddle, by Wife for each infraction.
F. If the Husband fails to do any of the personal assistance duties, including, any additional personal assistance, he will receive:
1. 7 days (one week) added on to the current chastity period for each infraction.
2. Punishment from a paddle, by Wife for each infraction.
G. If the Husband defies the Wife when denied a hobby or personal activity, the Husband:
1. Will be grounded from the activity for 7 days (one week) for each infraction, or one meeting
2. Punishment from a paddle, by Wife for each infraction.
Wife has the authority to amend any of the punishments and consequences listed above.
Wife has the sole right to cancel this binding agreement for life at any time
I agree to the terms and conditions listed above. I authorize this agreement to take effect on the day of signing, further this agreement is binding on me and me alone for the duration of the agreement.
